How we process your order
we innovative process is set up to streamline your dry cleaning experience. Once your order is received, one of our delivery driver will pick up your personal cleaning items from your place and deliver them to one of our state-of-the-art operating plants. Your clothing goes through a four step process which ensures professional cleaning. First, items received are inspected for stains, material defects, and cleaning procedures as recommended by the manufacturer (certain items will be returned). Second, clothes are appropriately cleaned and pressed. Finally, they are sorted and packaged and loaded onto appropriate delivery vans for delivery. A professional delivers your items to your place of business or residence.
Privacy Statement
we respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. We may use and share aggregated information when it enables us to improve and enrich our product and content offering. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Delivery Policy

Delivery Hours: Dry-Clean-On-Wheels corporate pick up and delivery hours are 7 AM to 5.00 PM Monday through Friday.
Acceptance of Delivery: All pickups and deliveries are made only to a specific location within your company or office. This location has been designated by you or your company as a pick-up and drop-off station for
Late Delivery: If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your order during the scheduled day, it will be delivered immediately the following day.
Right to Refuse Service: we reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
Leather/Suede Items Policy
we follows standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry cleaners including classical retail dry cleaning stores. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. All leather and suede garments are cleaned 100% at customer's own risk, and FIDI CLEANERS does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of the dry cleaning process.

As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. DrycleanNY.com liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.
